Islam Moors, Islam Moorish Americans, All Praise be unto Allah, and Honors to his Prophet, Noble Drew Ali. The Moorish Divine and National Movement of the World, Nationality and Divine Creed., The Divine Plan of The Ages, and to all of You reading this!
Is there a difference between Moors and Moorish Americans? What is the Free National Name? Are the Moorish Americans part of a Body Politic?
Let’s find out!
1.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali came on the scene back in 1913 to Establish The Moorish Holy Temple of Science of the World, which was a Civic organization, that would later on manifest into the Moorish Science Temple of America, and become Incorporated as a Religious Organization, back in 1928.
2.) The Moors of North America, recently coming out of Post Slavery, along with the Reconstruction Era, had fallen into an unrecognizable state Nationally, and Spiritually, and had taken on names that delude to slavery, such as negro, black, and colored.
3.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali was sent by Allah, to uplift fallen humanity, and to teach the Moors of North America to be themselves.
From the Moorish Koran Questions it was asked:
How did the Prophet begin to uplift the Moorish Americans?
By teaching them to be themselves.
4.) He states in one of his editorials The Divine Warning of The Ages the following: “Eye, the Prophet, was prepared by the Great God Allah to warn my people to repent from their sinful ways and go back to that state of mind to their forefathers’ Divine and national principles that they will be law-abiders and receive their divine right as citizens, according to the free national constitution that was prepared for all free national beings. They are to claim their own free national name and religion.”
5.) The word Nation has to do with one’s common homeland, ancestry, and language. The word nation, comes from the word Natal, which pertains to Birth, and more specifically the National origin of your Mother. Or the Waters that you were Birthed from.
6.) So-called blacks, negros, and coloreds are the only people on the planet, when asked about their Nationality, cannot provide an answer that relates to any specific Nation.
Black, nothing relating to a Nation or Nationality there.
Negro, the Supreme Court Ruled back in 1857, that Negro was a brand of slavery and trade via the Dred Scott Case, which also indicates a lack of Nationhood with that term as well.
Colored, the Prophet teaches us that Colored relates to anything painted, stained, varnished, or dyed.
Meaning, it’s not the original.
7.) The Civil Law teaches us that Color relates to the Semblance of that which purports to be. Accordingly, Color lacks Standing in law, meaning you don’t have a valid claim to anything under color or the color of law, or an unconstitutional operation of the law, which would leave one or many under the constitutional government, Stateless.
In other words, black, negro, and colored are Illegal under the laws of the Constitution, Nationionally and Divine.
8.) Stateless Person Definition:
In international law, a stateless person is someone who is “not considered as a national by any state under the operation of its law”. Some stateless people are also refugees. However, not all refugees are stateless, and many people who are stateless have never crossed an international border.
a.) Does Negro, Black, Colored, African American, Latin, or Hispanic apply to the 1st portion of the definition that states:
“a stateless person is someone who is “not considered as a national by any state under the operation of its law”. ?
Yes, as none of those terms relate to any specific Nation or Nationality of People.
Stateless, refugee-class citizens, stripped of their Nationality, Names, and Religion, and lacking the knowledge of their ancestors, entering into a constitutional government, was the scenario that Legislation of the United States was facing after it had just recently abolished involuntary slavery via the 13th Amendment.
This Constitutional government is predicated on those from various Nationalities and Religions. We see that in the Declaration of Independence, and in several sections of the American Constitution.
b.) Does the second section of the Stateless Person definition relate to: “many stateless have never crossed an international border.”?
Absolutely, there are many of us who have been so programmed to live within their own neighborhoods, to the point where they haven’t even visited parts of downtown here in NewYorkcity, let alone go some place internationally.
9.) If you ask a European what his or her Nationality is here in North America, you may get Polish, Irish, German, Italian, English, etc.
They may play the black and white people game with you all day, but at the end of the day, they know which Nation their people came from, and they celebrate their individual culture among their own, and with you too, if you’re unaware of your very own.
10.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali, states in the Divine Warning:
“Eye Love my people and I desire their unity and mine back to their own National and Divine standard because day by day they have been violating the national and constitutional laws of their government by claiming names and principles that are unconstitutional. If Italians, Greeks, English, Chinese, Japanese, Turks, and Arabians are forced to proclaim their free national name and religion before the constitutional government of the United States of America, it is no more than right that the law should be enforced upon all other American citizens alike. “
“In all other governments when a man is born and raised there and asked for his national descent name and if he fails to give it, he is misused, imprisoned, or exiled.”
“Any group of people that fail to answer up to the constitutional standards of law by name and principles, because to be a citizen of any government you must claim your national descent name. Because they place their trust upon issue and names formed by their forefathers.”
11.) Our Moorish lessons teach us that the Americas, North, South, and Adjoining Islands were all ancient day Moroccan Empire.

Egypt, the Capital Empire of the Dominion of Africa
The inhabitants of Africa are the descendants of the ancient Canaanites from the land of Canaan.
Old man Cush and his family are the first inhabitants of Africa who came from the land of Canaan.

With their Canaanite, Hittite, and Amorite bretheren who sojourned from the land of Canaan seeking new homes.
Their dominion and inhabitation extended from North-East and South-West Africa, across great Atlantis even unto the present North, South, and Central America and also Mexico and the Atlantis Islands; before the great earthquake, which caused the great Atlantic Ocean.
The River Nile was dredged and made by the ancient Pharaohs of Egypt, in order to trade with the surrounding kingdoms. Also the Niger river was dredged by the great Pharaoh of Egypt in those ancient days for trade, and it extends eastward from the River Nile, westward across the great Atlantic. It was used for trade and transportation.
According to all true and divine records of the human race there is no negro, black, or colored race attached to the human family, because all the inhabitants of Africa were and are of the human race, descendants of the ancient Canaanite nation from the holy land of Canaan.
What your ancient forefathers were, you are today without doubt or contradiction.
There is no one who is able to change man from the descendant nature of his forefathers; unless his power extends beyond the great universal Creator Allah Himself.
These holy and divine laws are from the Prophet, Noble Drew Ali, the founder of the uniting of the Moorish Science Temple of America.
These laws are to be strictly preserved by the members of all the Temples, of the Moorish Science Temple of America. That they will learn to open their meeting and guide it according to the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.
Every subordinate Temple of the Grand-Major Temple is to form under the covenant of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice; and to create their own laws and customs, in conjunction with the laws of the Holy Prophet and the Grand Temple. I, the Prophet, Noble Drew Ali, was sent by the great God, Allah, to warn all Asiatics of America to repent from their sinful ways; before that great and awful day that is sure to come.
The time has come when every nation must worship under its own vine and fig tree, and every tongue must confess his own.
Through sin and disobedience every nation has suffered slavery, due to the fact that they honored not the creed and principles of their forefathers.
That is why the nationality of the Moors was taken away from them in 1774 and the word negro, black and colored, was given to the Asiatics of America who were of Moorish descent, because they honored not the principles of their mother and father, and strayed after the gods of Europe of whom they knew nothing of.
11.) Reading the true and divine records from our Holy Koran, it is revealed that our Moorish Ancestors were known as Cannanites, Moabites, Hittites etc.. Before the fall of the Moors in 1492 Spain we were known as Moors, afterwards we have the brands of enslavement, such as Blackamoor, negro, colored etc.
Name some of the marks that were put upon the MOORS of Northwest, by the European nations in 1774? Negro, Black, colored and Ethiopian.
12.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali realized that a Free National Name was needed for the newly Nationalized Moors of North America, who have been under the European brands of slavery and misnomers negro, black,colored, African American, Latin, Hispanic, and all other names which have no associations to a Nation of Origin.
13.) Just as he stated regarding Free National
Names in the Divine Warning, whether you have people from various nations, and they be known as Irish Americans, German Americans, Mexican Americans, Indian Americans, or Chinese Americans, the Moorish to are to form their Own Name, after the National descent of their ancestors.
14.) The Free National Name that the Prophet decided on was Moorish American.
Moorish American is the name that brings the once Stateless Moors back into the Constitutional Fold of the Government, as Constitutional Citizens, with Constitutional Protections intact, as opposed to being identified as artificial, Legislative citizens, under the unconstitutional 14th & 15th Amendments, operating under a granted privilege.
15.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali states in the Divine Warning:
“The 14th and 15th Amendments brought the North and South in unit, placing the Southerners who were at that time without power, with the constitutional body of power. And at that time, 1865, the free national constitutional law that was enforced since 1774 declared all men equal and free, and if all men are declared by the free national constitution to be free and equal since that constitution has never been changed, there is no need for the application of the 14th and 15th Amendments for the salvation of our people and citizens.”
16.) Moors proclaiming their Nationality within the Recognized Body Politic, while bearing the Names and Religion of their ancestors remedies the negro problem, and there is no need for the Legislation department of the government to intervene to make provisions for a stateless group of people to create an artificial, commercialized form of citizenship, which only perpetuates 2nd class citizenship and disenfranchisement under the 14th and 15th Amendments.
17.) The 14th Amendment creates Artificial citizenship, and Legislation takes a vote every 25 years or so, via the 15th Amendment, to decide if they want to allow the so-called black, negro, and colored to continue to participate in American citizenship. See The Voting Rights Act.

“Despite the progress these states have made in upholding the right to vote, it is clear the problems still exist,” said Senator Barack Obama, Democrat of Illinois.”
19.) Under the 14th and 15th Amendments, the Stateless Moors are identified as Minorities, which in the civil law identifies one still in Legal Infancy, and is in a form of Wardship, as a Ward of the State.
20.) The Prophet remedied all of the negro problems with the Free National Name that the stateless Moors of North America can unite under, and also the Body Politic, via the Moorish Science Temple of America, for them to join and be active members for the upliftment of fallen humanity.
21.) At this present time, there’s no Body Politic for the Moors of North America to claim to hold to or be recognized outside of the Moorish Science Temple of America.
22.) Many Moors have filed Affidavits, Declarations, UCC’s, Secured Party Creditor Declarations, and Proclamations with their Local, State, and National governments. The problem with that is that none of those filings connects them to a living and active Body Politic, which is recognized by the government in which we live.
23.) It’s one thing for you to say that you’re Moorish, but does the government in which you live recognize that proclamation as well?
24.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali Stated in The Divine Warning:
“You who doubt whether I, the Prophet, and my principles are right for the redemption of my people, go to those that know law, in the City Hall and among the officials in your government and ask them under an intelligent tone, and they will be glad to render you a favorable reply, for they are glad to see me bring you out of darkness into light.”
” Money doesn’t make the man, it is free national standards and power that make a man and a nation. “
25.) The Prophet was about recognition and being recognized. He knew that it wasn’t enough for one to say that she or he is this or that, without others recognizing the same.
26.) Reading in Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, we find the same to be true.
“NATIONS. Nations or states are independent bodies politic; societies of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength.
But every combination of men who govern themselves, independently of all others, will not be considered a nation; a body of pirates, for example, who govern themselves, are not a nation. To constitute a nation another ingredient is required. The body thus formed must respect other nations in general, and each of their members in particular. Such a society has her affairs and her interests; she deliberates and takes resolutions in common; thus becoming a moral person who possesses an understanding and will peculiar to herself, and is susceptible of obligations and rights. Vattel, Prelim. §1, 2; 5 Pet. S. C. R. 52.
It belongs to the government to declare whether they will consider a colony which has thrown off the yoke of the mother country as an independent state; and until the government have decided on the question, courts of justice are bound to consider the ancient state of things as remaining unchanged. 1 Johns. Ch. R. 543; 13 John. 141, 561; see 5 Pet. S. C. R. 1; 1 Kent, Com 21; and Body Politic; State.”
27.) One can claim that they’re Free and National, but does the former colonizer recognize that as well, are those claims recognized by other Nations?
28.) Moors in North America outside of the Moorish Science Temple of America are claiming to be Al Moroccans, Moors, Moabites, Muurs, Moorish, Free Nationals, Al, Ali, Bey, Dey, and El, but none of those names or attributes are recognized as the Free National Name that the Prophet created.
29.) He asked the question to the proclaimed Moorish American Moslem in the Koran Questions?
Why are we Moorish Americans? Because we are descendants of Moroccans and born in America.
30.) The Moorish Science Temple of America is a Body Politic, which can confer Nationality.
31.) What’s the importance of belonging to a Body Politic?
BODY POLITIC, government, corporations. When applied to the government this phrase signifies the state.
2. As to the persons who compose the body politic, they take collectively the name, of people, or nation; and individually they are citizens when considered in relation to their political rights, and subjects as being submitted to the laws of the state.It says that they take on Collectively the name of the people or nation; and goes on to say about our political rights, and how they are translated through the lens of the law accordingly.
32.) The Collective Free National Name is Moorish American, and the Collective Body Politic is The Moorish Science Temple of America, Prophet Noble Drew Ali.
33.) Black, negro, colored, Latin, Hispanic, Moor, Al Moroccan, or Moor American, The Barbary Treaty Moors, The Treaty of Peace and Friendship are not Free National Names, nor are they a part of any Body Politic that is recognized by the government in which we live, and therefore remains in the stateless person misnomer section of unrecognized brand names in modern-day America.
34.) A Melting Pot society is what we presently have in The United States of America. Before a Moorish American proclaims her/his Nationality at the Moorish Science Temple of America, The Divine Constitution and Bylaws are read off publically before all members and non-members in the temple.
Act 4 states:
Act 4.—All members must preserve these Holy and Divine laws, and all members must obey the laws of the government, because by being a Moorish American, you are a part and partial of the government, and must live the life accordingly.
35.) That means a Moorish American Moslem, is a law-abiding citizen, under the laws in which we live.
36.) A Moorish American Moslem is not out there professing to be outside of the laws of the government, tied into and protected by the Barbary Treaties, and the Treaty of Peace and Friendship, holding on to Affidavits that are not tied to a recognized Body Politic, or a part of a defunct Moorish Consulate, which is no longer recognized or in good standing at this present time.
37.) There are Official Proclamations from the Mayor’s offices in the several states that recognize Prophet Noble Drew Ali, The Moorish Science Temple of America, and Moorish Americans.
38.) Former President Obama, gave a speech recognizing the accomplishments of Noble Drew Ali, as no one else has before on a Federal Level, before or afterward, which lets us know openly and publically, state to state, and Nationally, that the Prophet and his works are recognized by the Local and Federal governments.
39.) We could ask those who know the law in an intelligent tone, however, they have already provided the recognition of the Prophet, along with his Temple, openly and notoriously.
40.) Many Moors have taken on the notion that they themselves have to file some Affidavit or Proclamation, proclaiming and declaring their Nationality, when that was done in Cook County Illinois, by the Prophet himself, back in 1928.
a.) That same Affidavit is on the back of every Moorish Koran Question, that a member can purchase at the expense that it costs to print one up.
41.) The Prophet, unlike many Moors of the day, figured out way back in the 1920s, that Civics and a Civic Organization alone were not enough for the establishment of a Divine Nation-State, or Religious Government, under the laws of Cook County Illinois.
42.) The only thing that can come out of a Civic organization, is a Secular government.
43.) The Prophet decided that Chicago would be the New Mecca, for the Moorish Americans, and The Moorish Science Temple of America, as the Laws in Cook County Illinois were conducive enough to establish a Religious Corporation, for the Prophet, and the Temple
under The Religious Corporation Act of 1872.
44.) The Religious Corporation Act of 1872, is not the same establishment of a non-profit 501 c(3) Church, or Religious entity, under the Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of 1986.
45.) Modern-day Temples not related to the Prophet’s Moorish Science Temple of America, and the Affidavit on the back of the Koran Questions, are classified as non-profit 501 c (3) taxable, Religious entities, which can be shut down for speaking Civically, Politically, or by not filing annual reports to the Secretary of State.
46.) The Religious Corporation Act of 1872, allowed the Prophet to create a Religious Nation State, within a Nation, which allowed his temple to move and operate both Civically and Religiously, without being held accountable by the Secretary of State, as the Prophet’s movement from Civics to Religious organization, under the RCA, took the Temple out of the Secretary of States Jurisdiction.
The Popes in the Vatican styled its organization after what the prophet did years later.
47.)Many Moors of the day are under the impression that the Prophet and the Temple have strayed away from the Civic Law, believing that Civics, is their saving grace, when the Prophet let it be known in the Moorish Literature, Moorish Leader’s Historical Message To America, that:
“We organized as the Moorish Temple of Science in the year 1925 and were legally incorporated as a civic organization under the laws of the State of Illinois. November 29th. 1926. “The name Moorish Temple of Science was changed to the Moorish Science Temple of America, May 1928 in accordance with the legal requirements of the Secretary of State of Illinois.”
48.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali switched from Civics to Religious Organization for the protection of its members and the Body Politic as a whole.
Under the Religious Corporation Act, the Moorish Science Temple of America has a broader range to operate under.
49.) Some of the Moorish Science Temple of America are Moorish Community Centers, posing as MST’A while operating as a 501 c(3).
On the Affidavit, it states:

State of Illinois
County of Cook
1928 Aug 1 P.M.I NOBLE DREW ALI …………..
do solemnly swear that at a meeting of the members of the MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE OF AMERICA…… Held at……….Chicago….In the County of Cook………. and the State of Illinois, on the 20th……..day of…….July………A.D. 1928, for that purpose, the following persons were appointed………..SHEIKS……. of the MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE OF AMERICA according to the rules and usages of such MEALY EL, SMALL BEY, LOVETT BEY, and FOREMAN BEY.
50.) Why did the Prophet make this statement on the Affidavit and list these names? These were the Moorish Americans who were active members in good standing at that time in the Moorish Science Temple of America.
51.) If I’m not mistaken all except for E Mealy El defected to Lomax Bey, John Givens Bey, German Bey, or C.M. Bey, etc.. Moorish Science Temple of America Inc., temples. C.M. Bey had challenged the rights to the Prophet’s position while he was alive and after he changed form, the courts decided against C.M. Bey.
52.) The last couple of years the Prophet was alive was filled with great accomplishments and disparity, with the Prophet continuing to make accomplishments on behalf of the Temple and the Moorish Americans, many of the members and Sheiks from various temples were plotting to overthrow the Prophet from his position, while embezzling the funds given by the Members of the Temples.
53.) The MST’A had it going on business-wise and financially in the 1920s, and some of the minutes of those meetings back then showed some Temples collecting five figures on a regular basis from the Industrious Moors at that time.
54.) The Moorish Science Temple of America was a Multimillion dollar Religious Organization, that had several businesses, schools, and a newspaper.
55.) Politically, Prophet Noble Drew Ali had endorsed Moorish Chicago City Alderman Oscar De Priest, during the 1st Convention of The Moorish Science Temple of America, in 1928, who went on to serve in the House of Representatives, and things appeared to be heading in the right direction.
56.) As in any organization, the Higher Self and Lower Self are present and active. The MST’A back then had an onslaught of dirty Moors, Sheiks, and regular members attempting to replace, discredit, or embezzle from the Prophet.
57.) The same thing that we see today with Moors attempting to sidestep the Prophet, & the Moorish Science Temple of America, and being caught up in their own power struggles against a man divinely prepared by Allah, is the same thing that was going on back when he was alive, and immediately after he changed form.
58.) On March 12th, 1929, Prophet Noble Drew Ali was in Detroit’s Temple #4, investigating embezzlement within that Temple, which was headed by James Lomax Bey. The issue of embezzlement at the Detroit Temple, along with Lomax Bey plotting to overthrow the Prophet, resulted in a Shootout, which left both Members of the Detroit temple and police shot.
59.) Chicago’s Temple Business Manager, Claude Greene Bey, was orchestrating a coup within the Chicago temple, in an attempt to unseat the Prophet in his position over the Moorish Science Temple of America, at the same time Prophet Noble Drew Ali was handling his affairs in Detroit.
60.) Claude Green Bey went as far as to have a secret meeting to vote the Prophet out of the Moorish Science Temple of America his position as Grand Sheik, of the organization, and even went as far as placing the Prophet’s personal office belongings on the street for him to pick up when he returned.
61.) On March 14, 1929, former Business Manager, Cluade Green Bey, was shot to death at Unity Hall on Indiana Avenue, in Chicago, and had his throat cut out, by members of the MST’A, who were dedicated to the Prophet, Noble Drew Ali.
62.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali was arrested on suspicion with the connection of the murder, but was never indicted, and later released from Cook County jail, where he changed form shortly afterward from injuries sustained from being beaten by the Chicago Police Department.
63.) After the Prophet changed form, Bro. C.M. Bey, Instituted his own Moorish Science Temple of America Inc., under a 501 c (3), fraudulently appointed himself as National Grand Advisor/Moderator, (which was never a position created by the Prophet), and confiscated the original charters issued to the Temples by the Prophet, replaced them with his own, and monopolized the Moorish Oil, Tea, and Compound formulas created by the Prophet, which was a generous source of income for the Temples in those days, which cause many of the original Temples of the Prophet’s to flip to C.M. Bey Temples.
64.) Two weeks after the Prophet changed form on July 20th, 1929, Bro. John Givens El, Adept, the former Chaffuer for Noble Drew Ali, declared to the Moorish American Moslems that he was Prophet Noble Drew Ali Reincarnate, and managed to lead a large following of Moorish Americans in that direction.
Bro. Givens El said he was working on the Prophet’s car one day when he fainted and woke up with the Crescent and Moon in his eyes and knew at that moment that he was the Prophet reincarnated.
Bro. German Bey was another Moorish American, who professed to be the Prophet reincarnated, and drew a large following.
65.) One of my brothers who introduced me to Moorish Science when I lived in Phoenix, AZ was under one of the Reincarnated Prophets demonstration.
66.) Many of the Rogue Temples, and Moorish organizations of today, which are not connected to the Prophet or the MST’A, were created due to the internal power grabs, fighting, and splits within the MST’A, back when the Prophet was in the flesh, and after he changed form.
67.) Unfortunately, the Lower Self had a hold of many members and former members back then, as they have today. This is why the lessons from the Circle 7 are important for us to internalize. We need to be reminded of the Carpenters Tools in the workshop of the mind when faced with temptation. To be able to circumscribe our passions, and to drive home the Truth with the hammer, so that it is of every part of us.
68.) At no point should fiat, and the illusions of power cause me to part or cause harm to my brother or sister. Whether it be $5 or $500,000, we have a bigger mission in life with the knowledge that we will be held accountable for., and we cannot take any of the fiat or power with us.
“That naught is naught; that power is but illusion; that heaven and earth and hell are not above, around, below, but in, which in the light of aught becomes naught, and Allah is all.”
69.) Prophet Noble Drew Ali, a true master teacher, left his footprints clearly cut. Prophet Noble Drew Ali appointed Bro. Edward Mealy El, as the first Supreme Grand Sheik over the Supreme Grand Council, of The Moorish Science Temple of America, during the 1st Convention.
70.) E Mealy El was one of the faithful Moorish Americans who adhered to Law that was laid down by the Prophet, while he was here and after he changed form.
